Cincinnati Chili Company – Orlando hours of operation for pickup will be Thursday from 12:00pm – 2:00pm and Friday – Sunday from 12:00pm – 6:00pm.

Placing a Pickup Order: Vehicles
- Place an order online and your order will be printed directly in our kitchen.
- Navigate to our address: 151 E. Washington Street, Orlando, FL 32801
- Park on the left side of Rosalind Ave in the first available space after Washington Street near the Cincinnati Chili Company sidewalk sign. If you have to park further up the road, put your hazards on to help our staff members identify your vehicle.
- Call five minutes prior to your arrival so we can ensure your food is hot and fresh when you arrive. The number is (407) 745-1130.
- Call to let us know when you arrive and one of our staff members will bring the food directly to you. There is no need to leave your car.
Placing a Pickup Order: Walk-up
- Place an order online and your order will be printed directly in our kitchen.
- Call and let us know that you just placed your order so we know you are already on site and waiting. The number is (407) 745-1130.
- Wait for your order at the B.Nice Patio Bar by Cincinnati Chili Company sidewalk sign.
- Our staff members will bring the food directly to you.
Online orders can be paid at the time of the order. Payments may be made with cash or credit card at the time of pickup for telephone orders.
